Parish Councillor Vacancies

We have vacancies for 3 councillors on Mary Tavy Parish Council.

If you are enthusiastic about making the parish an even better place to live or work in, why not join us?

With council elections due next May this is a great opportunity to become a councillor for less than 6 months to see if it’s something that you’d like to do. If you don’t find the experience a rewarding one, you can stand down in May with your head held high but if you’ve found the experience rewarding you can put yourself forward for a 4-year term beginning May 2027.

We like to think the current councillors are a welcoming and productive bunch that work together for the common good. If you’d like to find out more, contact our Clerk (ku.vo1793103046g.lic1793103046nuoch1793103046sirap1793103046yvaty1793103046ram@k1793103046relc1793103046) or speak to any councillor (contact details can be found on this website).

The closing date for applications is Friday 27^th November. Successful applicants will be co-opted on to the council at our December meeting, scheduled for Tuesday 8^th December.
